The Sol Family Suites at the Sol By Meliá Benoa Bali All Inclusive are great for families, small groups and friends on a Bali holiday. The suites come with two bedrooms and large ensuite bathrooms on the first floor, while the ground floor hosts the living and drawing rooms. Common amenities include air-conditioning, flatscreen TV, coffee table, a sofa bed, armchairs, a terrace, WiFi internet access, and tea/coffee making facilities.
The resort offers three spacious, modern room options for travellers. The entry-level Sol Rooms come with a choice of either a king size bed for couples or twin beds for mates, open plan bedroom and living space, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower. Moving up, the Sol Junior Suites are more spacious – with a king bed on a raised platform, separate living space and comfy furniture, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity mirrors. Finally, the Family Suites are duplex-style apartments with two bedrooms, a dining space, a private balcony with outdoor seating and more. Check out the room descriptions above for more information, pictures, amenities and details.
There’s plenty of activities, things to see, do and experience in and around the resort. After one has lounged, sunbathed to their fill at the resort’s large main pool (and sampled the sunken pool bar’s full menu of cocktails and beverages!), head over to the beach for exploring the clear waters. There are many tour operators who offer inner island-hopping tours, half-day and full-day scuba-diving and free diving charters, paragliding, jetski tours, and it’d be a pity to leave Bali without thrilling adventure sports. On land, we highly recommend signing up for at least one city tour, a Balinese puppet show, and a gamelan-style island performance.
The Kitchen is the resort’s 24-hour restaurant facing the lagoon; it offers a deep a la carte menu with international, Indonesian and Asian dishes and a buffet breakfast that understands how important that meal is. The Menega Seaside Restaurant offers guests themed dinners and all-day dining. The Sol By Meliá Benoa Bali goes a step ahead with its guests with its Mediterranean-themed fine dining restaurant. After a day of intensive fun, it’s but natural to head to the Ayodya Bar for some much-needed restoratives and chilling. And for those visitors who’re exploring the resort pool’s blissful coolness, the Nelayan Pool Bar offers a great selection of tropical cocktails and beers.
